“46 Laight Street” is a landmark building located in the TriBeCa North Historical District. Originally a five-story walk-up, it is currently in the midst of a gut renovation, which will include a one story addition, full restoration of facade and architectural details, and conversion to a six-unit, elevatored luxury residential building with private parking. The project includes a total of 14,000 square feet on a 25 x 100 foot lot.
