“50 West”, located at 50 West 127 Street was a new construction project, which broke ground in the fall of 2005.This ground-up development involved the demolition of four existing structures, merging of tax lots,
and the purchase of air-rights from several neighboring properties. The final product was an eight-story, 45,000+ SF building with 23 one, two and three-bedroom simplex and duplex condo units and a spectacular full-limestone facade. The building also contains a 10-car underground parking garage, fitness center and two roof decks.
